Refund & Exchange Policy

At Home Styling by Dolly Badawi, we pour love and care into every handcrafted piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!

💥 Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, it must be reported before the courier leaves. Kindly check your items while the courier is still present and notify us with photos.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the damaged item must be returned on the spot with the courier. Damage claims reported after delivery cannot be accepted.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your purchase. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless for approved damaged items).

🔄 Exchanges

You’re welcome to exchange your item within 15 days. Items can be delivered directly to us, or we can arrange delivery of the replacement item.

Please note that all seasonal items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

💵 Refund Method

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued in cash at the time of item pickup and inspection.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
